Bacon & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients:

9 inch pie crust, unbaked

1 tablespoon butter

12 bacon slices, crumbled

1 bag Italian blend shredded cheese

4 eggs

2 cups heavy whipping cream

3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 F

Cook bacon

Spread crust into pie plate

Spread crust with butter

Sprinkle bacon and cheese into pie crust

Beat eggs with rest of ingredients

Pour into crust

Bake 15 min

Turn down to 325 F and bake for 40 min017

Let stand 10 min
