Cookies ‘N Cream Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

1 Box Brownie Mix (any kind)

Eggs & Oil (as called for by the brownie mix)

1 Heaping Half Cup (6 oz.) Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

1/4 Cup Hot Fudge Topping (chilled or room temp)

Directions:

Preheat oven (according to brownie mix)

Spray an 8x8 pan generously with cooking spray (I did not have an 8x8 pan so I used a pie pan)

Combine brownie mix, eggs and oil as directed by brownie mix but do not add the water.

Add ice cream

Add fudge topping

Stir to combine

Pour half of the brownie batter into the baking dish

Layer with Oreos

Then top with the remaining batter

Bake according to the directions (my box said 40 minutes)

Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

Bacon & Cinnamon Rolls

Step 1:

Cook bacon half-way (firm but not too crispy)

Don’t worry the bacon cooks the rest of the way in the oven.

Step 2: Unroll the cinnamon rolls

Step 3: Place bacon on rolls and roll on up

Step 4: Place cinnamon rolls in a greased pan

Step 5: Cook cinnamon rolls according to instructions on tube

Step 6: Spread icing on rolls (or skip if you don’t want them too sweet)

Step 7: Enjoy!!!!!
